These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the PlanetPlanned website (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. "We", "us" and "our" refer to PlanetPlanned. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Using the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content without our permission.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different from one screen to another, and measurements may vary slightly. We do not guarantee that descriptions, photos or other content on the Site are free of errors, and we may correct errors at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, plus any shipping charges and taxes shown there. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including a product being unavailable, an error in the price or description, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, delivery and returns

Shipping times, delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping, Delivery and Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to PlanetPlanned or its suppliers and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PlanetPlanned will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or of products bought from it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold PlanetPlanned harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PlanetPlanned is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
