Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders usually arrive within 10 to 20 business days of purchase. This includes the time we need to process and dispatch your order.

TRACKING
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking information can take a few days to update after dispatch.

SEPARATE PACKAGES
Items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.

SHIPPING COST
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, severe weather or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at planetplanned@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes only if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
