Refund policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. We pay for return shipping.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Email planetplanned@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the item securely, attach the label and send it back.

Please don't send an item back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to match it to your order.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are usually issued within 5 to 10 business days of the item arriving back with us. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it on your statement.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
