Build balance, core strength and ankle stability a few minutes at a time. This round wooden board sits on a domed base, so it tilts in every direction and makes your stabilizing muscles work to keep it level. The matte, non-slip top gives your feet a secure grip.
Use it for standing balance practice, squats, push-ups and planks, or keep it under a standing desk to stay active while you work.
Diameter: 39.5 cm (15.5 in)
